Elizabeth Reilly is registered with the Washington State Bar Association; New York State Bar Association; and United States Patent and Trademark Office. Elizabeth served as the former Chair of the Washington State Bar Association Intellectual Property Executive Committee.
Elizabeth’s interest is in the individual inventor and entrepreneur and providing them with effective intellectual property legal services in patent law, trademark law, and copyright law.
Her goal is to make the intellectual property process more approachable and illuminate inventors of the benefits of protection for their new inventions and investments provided by a patent grant, trademark registration, and copyright registration.
Elizabeth practices, patent law, trademark law, copyright law, and as a former Microbiologist and member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologist her practice additionally includes Tort Law which represents the plaintiff and defendant in cases regarding the spectrum of foodborne diseases, environmental diseases, and nosocomial infections.

I have an interest in Design Patents and have started a collection of patent designs, specifically for fashion design, toy design, and tool design.
